Ask For Andrea
Synopsis (via Goodreads)
James Carson has gotten away with murder three times.
The only thing that might stop him from killing again? The three women he murdered.
He hunted them online, masquerading as an eligible bachelor. Then he played the perfect gentleman, a thick layer of charm and a thousand-watt smile hiding the fact that his first dates end in shallow graves.
Book Review
I love how clever this was written! Readers (I, included) were taken to the other side — another unknown dimension. I used to have a lot of questions as to where our spirits go when we die, do we stay as earthbound, or do we even have spirits? And I found an ally with all those thoughts through this book. Thank you, Noelle!
We usually hear, see, or read how cases are investigated, how the victims are talked about in past tense, and how they are described by their loved ones, but we never hear the victims talk about themselves; or re-enact the time they were murdered because they could no longer be heard.
I would normally shy away from books with paranormal concepts because I’m more of a practical reader but ASK FOR ANDREA is unputdownable, chilling, has a very intense ending, and has the MOST UNIQUE plot I have read in a book to date.
